Hello,

My name is Karen Elder and I have been part of the Chuf team since 1998. I started out as a Pre-School Assistant and have been a Supervisor at the Chearsley site since 2015. During this time, I have gained lots of experience and knowledge about Early Years, and I am very dedicated in striving towards making the Chuf experience a fun, happy and memorable one. Whilst being very professional and ultra organised! I tackle each day with a sense of humour. I particularly love running our phonics program, reading and gardening with the children. I am blessed to be part of a fabulous team, and I find it very rewarding to watch the children develop friendships and skills, and become confident little people who are ready for school. I take pride in knowing that I helped play a part in that.

Hello,

My name is Donna ad I joined the Chearsley team in September 2020. My own son attended CHUF a few years back and I have loved the setting ever since, and feel very privileged to be part of the team. I have recently completed training to become the SENCO at Chearsley and I am currently in the process of working through my Level 3 SENCO qualification. Outside of CHUF, my own 3 children keep me busy, we enjoy going for long walks with our dog Teddy. I enjoy running and go to the gym regularly.
