Meet Our Team

Our team is designated to work at either Chearsley or Haddenham but come together on areas such as training and team briefings so that we have consistency across our pre-schools. The majority of our team hold child care qualifications, and all our team members are kept up to date with current thinking and legislation through continued training. All team members hold current First Aid Certificates, and are trained in child protection. CHUF has an adult ratio of 1:6 for children aged 3 and over and 1:4 for under 3′s. This is well above the requirements set out by OFSTED.
